Got the compressor and the condenser coil changed a year later doesn’t work has no refrigerant in it They wanted to charge me an additional 150 to diagnostic when I Already spent over $2000 putting in the compressor and the condenser coil. You would think they would honor the warranty. They clearly did not perform a leak test.

First impressions were not good at all. i wanted to give this shop some work an let the tech make some money. i was an auto technician for over 11 years graduated from UTI and loved being a Auto Tech its was my absolute passion and was very good at it, i diag'd drivability, done heavy line work gas and diesel, suspension&alignment,A/C, drivetrain pretty much a bumber to bumper tech (no trim work hated it) and worked in a number of shops and started out in a Ford dealership for 5-6 yrs so i understand what needs to be done and how shops work, i got out of the business because i seen were the industry was headed and i could make alot more money working in plants as a pipefitter,ironworker,rigger etc.. so i did. ill pay someone to work on my car if its something i dont wana do in my driveway. With that being said i called this place to see how much they would charge to replace a trans pan gasket on a 2014 sierra(small leak at gasket clear as day easy to see) i was told they couldnt give the price without the vehicle being there of course i seen were this was going immediately, so i told the service writer or whoever i was talking with all u have to do is look on alldata for labor and

Just moved here from KC Missouri acouple wks ago. I just walked in. Brakes needed replacing pads, rotors and calipers. They got me the best price. Extreamly friendly kept me up to speed as they were working on it. Now 2 days later starter issues. Did everything to find the issue. My issue was moving to a different state and having to find a trustworthy mechanic all over again. I naturally cked out places, prices etc. My daughter recommended Meineke and I am forever thankful that I came here. Will always bring my vehicle here. Also I had a hundred question before having anything done, and they went Over everything with me. Thank you to those people at Meineke.

Coming from a person that used to rely heavily on a dealership for fixing. I fell in love with Meineke as they got the job done perfectly, close to home, and feels like family. Love supporting our local mom n pop shops in Beaumont to help these businesses grow .Quick wait times and very affordable.

I scheduled an appointment for two tires and a belt—simple job. I confirmed everything ahead of time, including when I’d arrive and return. I even showed up early. When I came back 3.5 hours later, they had just started working on my car and hadn’t touched it before then. I ended up canceling the belt and asked for them to just change the two tires. The owner then tried to blame me, claiming I never told anyone my return time—which I clearly did, in fact I confirmed pick up time with the young woman at the front desk too. Instead of taking responsibility, she kept shifting blame and both times i asked for an update (an hour apart from each other) the owner was very rude, speaking to me as if I should have expected this. That this is just how automotive is. Ironically, the sign at their desk as you walk in says "an appointment secures your vehicle a place in line". This was a huge inconvenience. People take time off work and arrange childcare, relying on the appointments they make. On top of that, their price was $120 higher than competitors for the same exact tires. And if I would have gotten the belt, the cost was nearly double their competitors. It wouldn't have been so bad if th
